Flax

Flax seeds are very humble and look after you.

Let’s be honest, flavour is not their strong point.
But that’s just the point. It’s down to the flax seed to make itself useful through many other benefits.
They thicken mixtures and can be used instead of egg for the vegans out there.
They can be used in savoury or sweet pastries, drinks or infusions.
As well as containing protein, zinc, omega 3, omega 6 and very few sugars,
they also provide nutrients for hair.
So in the end you’ll get a taste for flax seeds.

Rich in fibre.

With softening and protective properties

High content of mineral salts.

What a story!

For 7000 years, flax seeds have been part
of the human diet.

Flax seeds are found in the fruits of the Linum usitatissimum plant.

The plant was the first to enter the homes of the Egyptians and Ethiopians, 5,000 years ago
